Chickey - Meat - Balls

So what do you get, when Wegmans only has 1 package of ground chicken when you need two?  You make Chickey-Meat-Balls!  aka Turken meat balls, aka Chicken-Turkey meat balls!  How are they? Just as good!  Can you really tell a difference? Nope!  All I taste is delicious, seasoned, yummy meatballs.  Once again let me say, winner winner chicken dinner!

Take my recipe Ground Chicken Meatballs and just replace 1 lb of Ground Chicken with 1 lb of Ground Turkey!  A little mix-up never hurt anybody.
